Minjie started working on OpenSees in 2009. He developed algorithms for fluid-structure interaction in OpenSees and created OpenSeesPy, the Python module that is the analysis engine of OpenSees Cloud.

Michael is one of the original developers of OpenSees. He has implemented several elements, constitutive models, and analysis algorithms in OpenSees and has general expertise in all aspects of the OpenSees software framework.
